(16) items including a green Sato cloisonne vase having an intentionally faint floral motif, marked on base; a Karatsu tea service including teapot and (5) tea cups, all having a lustrous glaze over exposed matte bases, all marked on undersides; (2) Karatsu sake bottles, including a taller, hexagonal shaped bottle having areas of lustrous and matte glazing and a round bottle with lustrous glazing with an exposed matte base, marked on the underside; (2) Karatsu vases including a piece having intermittent lustrous and matte glazing throughout and an accentuated flared base, marked on underside and uneven cylindrical shaped piece having heavy, lustrous glazing dripping down over an exposed matte base; (2) square jars including a medium sized jar having white edges, metallic glazing on all sides with white glazed kanji characters on each side and a blue, squared lip, marked on underside and a smaller blue and white jar having a rounded lip and blue glazing over white, including gold outlined floral motif and gold around the lip, marked on underside; (3) blue and white dishes having scalloped edges with red and green floral motifs, marked on undersides; and a larger blue and white vase having a stylized dark glazed motif, marked on underside; most items come with their original wood boxes having Japanese signatures
