1888, signed lower left, depicting boats in the water with a building in the background as well as unknown artist including two watercolors, both initial signed "G.M." lower right, depicting sailboats in the water and three abstract paintings including a 1971 signed "Cashman" lower right depicting a city block with a stop sign and two oil on board items both showing thick layers of paint in bold colors, depicting nature, the smaller illegibly signed lower right
