c.1943 mess kit from the USS Finch (active from 1943 to 1947) containing porcelain enamel metal bowls and cups with "KER Sweden" marks on the undersides, two metal cooking vessels and silverplate utensils housed in a compartmentalized box marked "USS Finch" under the center
