c.1913, cast signature in lower right, numbered 1744, depicting Lady Liberty or Columbia in mourning, with the sunken USS Maine in the distance and raised lettering reading: "In Memoriam U.S.S. Maine, Destroyed in Havana Harbor February 15th 1898," and "This Tablet Cast from Metal Recovered from the U.S.S. Maine;" casting mark in lower right reads "cast by Jno Williams, Inc., NY"
